William Settles died at his home in Guion on Monday. He made his home with his daughter Ilo. Funeral services on Wednesday were conducted by Rev. H. Ray Sigler. He has been connected with the railway services at Guion for many years. His wife died about a year ago. He is survived by 7 children: Mrs. Will Lanning and Guy Settles of Terre Haute; Walter of Indianapolis; Merle of South Bend; Claude of California; Orville of Oregon and Mill Ilo at home. -- kbz
